Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a portfolio of complex, interrelated IT projects contributing to the development of a unified data platform
• Provide leadership and oversight to multiple project managers, ensuring consistent delivery standards, alignment, and accountability across initiatives
• Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics in alignment with business, technology, and regulatory requirements
• Prioritize initiatives across multiple business units, balancing competing demands and ensuring optimal resource allocation
• Establish and maintain program governance, including status reporting, risk management, issue resolution, and compliance tracking
• Ensure all projects adhere to GxP validation requirements and applicable regulatory standards
• Collaborate closely with data engineering, architecture, analytics, quality, and business teams to ensure seamless integration and compliant delivery
• Partner with change management teams to drive adoption, communication, training, and organizational readiness
• Identify dependencies and proactively mitigate risks across projects and teams
• Ensure adherence to best practices in program and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Provide clear, consistent communication to executive stakeholders and leadership teams
• Monitor program performance and implement continuous improvement practices
Required Qualifications
• 8–10 years of experience in IT program or project management, preferably within data, analytics, or platform initiatives
• Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs with multiple concurrent projects and leading project managers
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complexity while ensuring compliance and quality
• Demonstrated expertise in prioritizing competing business needs and aligning them with technical and regulatory requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working alongside or integrating change management practices into program delivery
• Experience working in GxP validated environments and understanding of regulatory expectations
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet)
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience managing regulated projects within life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare environments
• Familiarity with validation processes (CSV/CSA), data integrity principles, and audit readiness
• Experience with data platforms, data warehousing, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with enterprise data architecture and integration strategies
• PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.)
• Experience in stakeholder management at the executive level
• Knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance standards
