Lead a portfolio of complex IT projects to build a unified data platform, ensuring regulatory compliance and cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of interrelated IT projects, providing oversight to multiple project managers and ensuring consistent delivery standards.
• Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics in alignment with business, technology, and regulatory requirements.
• Establish program governance including status reporting, risk management, issue resolution, and compliance tracking.
• Collaborate with data engineering, architecture, analytics, quality, and business teams to ensure seamless integration and compliant delivery.
• Partner with change management teams to drive adoption, communication, training, and organizational readiness.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of experience in IT program or project management, preferably within data, analytics, or platform initiatives.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs with multiple concurrent projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
• Experience working in GxP validated environments and understanding of regulatory expectations.
• Strong expertise in prioritizing competing business needs and aligning them with technical and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience integrating change management practices into program delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing regulated projects within life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare environments.
• Familiarity with validation processes (CSV/CSA), data integrity principles, and audit readiness.
• PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.).
