Description

You will design and implement optimized data models to support business requirements and integrate applications into existing technical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex, scalable data models using dimensional, relational, and semantic methodologies.
• Build Source-To-Target mapping documents to enable data engineers to construct data pipelines.
• Develop and maintain data dictionaries, metadata repositories, and architecture artifacts.
• Perform data profiling and analysis to ensure data quality, accuracy, and completeness.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of data pipelines and troubleshoot production issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data modeling and data warehousing.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, specifically Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Redshift.
• Deep understanding of dimensional modeling, OLAP, and big data technologies.
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes using Talend.
• Expertise in data modeling tools such as ER Studio or ERWin.
• Solid grasp of data architecture concepts, frameworks, and governance best practices.
• Proven ability to implement data security and privacy controls.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools including PowerBI and QuickSight.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to analyze large datasets and translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
• Collaboration with Business Systems Analysts and software engineers to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
