Technical knowledge in Midrange processing. Understanding of procedures and concepts within technical areas. Coordination and communication skills to present problem statements and guide team to logical solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Play a SME role for DWH and MR applications for both CGW and Wealth streams.
• Understand the functionalities of DWH applications for Wealth Business for ASIA, EMEA and NAM regions.
• Work with multiple stakeholders to fix job abends and ensure batch completion within SLA.
• Apply working knowledge of technical and professional principles and ensure quality service delivery.
• Train team members, monitor quantity and quality of work and provide feedback on performance.
• Execute tasks and activities related to project communication, documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate in development of project business and system requirements and develop requirement documentation.
• Communicate with management regarding status of specific projects and provide project status tracking.
• Support the GDLM Team in Chennai for Management Site and Resource Strategy initiatives.
• Perform MIS reporting to all stakeholders and highlight key risks and issues to management.

Experience Required: 2-5 years experience in an IT project leadership role with combination of education and experience.

Education: Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
