Description

You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Data Warehousing and Mainframe applications across CGW and Wealth streams. You own the resolution of job abends and ensure batch completion within SLAs. You coordinate with stakeholders to fix technical issues and guide teams toward logical solutions. You develop project documentation, track status, and report key risks to management.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for DWH and MR applications for Wealth Business across ASIA, EMEA, and NAM regions.
• Resolve job abends and ensure batch processing completion within defined SLAs.
• Train team members, monitor work quality, and provide performance feedback.
• Develop project business and system requirements, including documentation and reporting.
• Perform MIS reporting to stakeholders and highlight key risks and issues to management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience in an IT project leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing and Banking Products.
• Proficiency in Java, Autosys, TIBCO, and API technologies.
• Experience with Angular and project management methodologies.
• Understanding of Wealth Management and Retail Banking products.
• Ability to present problem statements and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Functional knowledge of Digital and Mobile Banking.
• Experience with ESB, Cloud technologies, Mainframe, and QC.
