Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables with project managers and stakeholders.
• Track project progress, timelines, and budgets using project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and ServiceNow.
• Analyze project data and generate reports to support decision-making and performance tracking.
• Identify risks and issues and support mitigation planning and follow-up.
• Facilitate project meetings, maintain action items, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure execution.

Skills Required:

• 4 - 9 years of relevant experience in IT project analysis and project management support
• Strong understanding of Project Management principles and methodologies.
• Experience with ITIL processes and service management practices.
• Hands-on experience with project tracking and reporting tools such as MS Project, Jira, and ServiceNow.
• Experience supporting project execution through structured planning, governance, and reporting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• PMP certification is an added advantage.
