Description

You will own project analysis, tracking, and reporting to support delivery teams and stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables alongside project managers and stakeholders.
• Track project progress, timelines, and budgets using MS Project, Jira, and ServiceNow.
• Analyze project data and generate reports to support decision-making and performance tracking.
• Identify risks and issues, supporting mitigation planning and follow-up.
• Facilitate project meetings, maintain action items, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in IT project analysis and project management support.
• Strong understanding of Project Management principles and methodologies.
• Experience with ITIL processes and service management practices.
• Hands-on experience with project tracking tools: MS Project, Jira, and ServiceNow.
• Experience supporting project execution through structured planning, governance, and reporting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• B.E., B.Tech, or B.Tech M.Tech (Dual) degree.
