Description

You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of special IT projects and provide technical support to the UX team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Track project requirements and research efforts to ensure successful delivery of end results.
• Provide technical support for software and hardware issues without relying on scripts or knowledge bases.
• Manage IT asset inventory, including cataloging, preparing quotes, and reviewing defective hardware.
• Analyze helpdesk tickets via Jira or similar platforms to determine and execute timely responses.
• Maintain internal process documentation and research new software or hardware to improve team capabilities.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience managing the end-to-end lifecycle of special IT projects.
• 3+ years of experience providing user support for computer systems and software applications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and specialized software applications.
• Experience with requirements gathering, user research, and process improvement.
• Knowledge of accessibility, 508 compliance, and UX principles.
• Ability to perform hardware and software troubleshooting and inventory management.
• Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical problems.
• Capability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• PMP, CAPM, or PMI certifications.
