Description

You will track project requirements and provide technical support for the UX team to ensure successful delivery of research efforts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Track project requirements and coordinate with teams to address progress, challenges, and agency policy compliance.
• Maintain IT and internal process documentation for team-wide use.
• Perform research and provide recommendations for software and hardware to improve IT capabilities.
• Analyze helpdesk tickets in Jira or similar platforms to ensure timely responses.
• Resolve software and hardware issues directly without relying on scripts or knowledge bases.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience managing the end-to-end lifecycle of special IT projects.
• 3+ years of experience assisting users with computer systems and software applications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and specialized software.
• Strong ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and respond to complex technical problems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple changing priorities and meet deadlines independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and interpersonal coordination.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Jira or similar service platforms.

Education

Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant work experience, or a Master's degree and 1 year of relevant experience, or 7 years of related experience.

Must reside within two hours of Woodlawn, MD, and work on-site at least 3 days a week.
