Description

Coordinate technical projects focused on web networking and performance monitoring. Own the release and support lifecycle for networked web services.

Responsibilities

• Monitor web performance using Selenium and other web monitoring tools.
• Troubleshoot networking issues involving TCP/IP protocols and hardware infrastructure.
• Support client services through technical service desk workflows.
• Maintain organized project documentation and ensure clear communication.
• Manage tasks independently while collaborating within a team environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Web, Networking, or Service Desk environments.
• Deep knowledge of TCP/IP protocols including IPv4/v6, ICMP, TCP, UDP, HTTP, and DNS.
• Understanding of networking devices such as servers, load balancers, and routers.
• Experience with Selenium web monitoring tools.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Web Networking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible rotational shifts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
