Description

You will manage infrastructure project transitions, M&A integration, and ITSS operating model alignment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Mergers and Acquisitions teams to drive related project work.
• Execute major ITSS team projects and actions related to architecture and standards delivery.
• Coordinate all required information for regional IT gating processes to ensure timely execution.
• Manage project scope, change control, and risk/issue management.
• Execute communication plans and monitor project progress against deadlines, budgets, and business requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT Program, Project Management, or Project Execution experience.
• Proven expertise in IT infrastructure management.
• Proficiency with MS Project, SharePoint, and ServiceNow (or equivalent).
• Strong IT Project Management and leadership capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience in Project Risk, Issue, and Change Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Ability to travel 25% within the USA.
• Flexibility to work East Coast hours or adjust for different time zones as required.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or PMP Certification.
• PMO Team Leadership experience.
• Change Management and workshop facilitation skills.
