Description

You will orchestrate partner delivery into SAP ECS standard operations and act as the interface between Customer Engagement and Technical Project Managers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with premium suppliers and customer-facing teams to align with the SAP ECS Premium Supplier paradigm.
• Support process improvements by analyzing existing workflows and operational requirements.
• Devise solutions for customer scenarios and requests through technical analysis.
• Manage operations for SAP ECS Partner managed cloud landscapes and handle problem management.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Java, and UI5 programming paradigms.
• Working knowledge of SAP BTP, Application Studio, and DevOps.
• Understanding of ITIL concepts.
• Knowledge of SAP HANA and the broader SAP product ecosystem.
• Experience managing virtual, multi-cultural, and cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities under time pressure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python and GitHub.
