Description

Lead technical implementations from requirement gathering through system integration and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Direct the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for client engagements, covering definition, development, and implementation phases.
• Develop work plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to meet project goals.
• Manage offshore and global virtual teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Design roll-out strategies for technical and functional requirements.
• Oversee coding and unit testing processes to maintain solution quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical project leadership or implementation roles.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with Visio for architectural diagramming.
• Experience managing global or offshore virtual teams.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and delivery timelines.
• Create technical presentations in PowerPoint.
• Coordinate with business partners to plan and execute infrastructure changes.
• Identify resource needs and monitor interdependencies with other projects.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
