Description

You will manage QA efforts within complex insurance systems and drive project delivery timelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and ensure alignment between testing activities and Guidewire data models.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the testing lifecycle.
• Own the implementation and execution of test strategies.
• Drive project delivery timelines and stakeholder management.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of QA experience, including 3+ years in a Test Manager or QA Lead role.
• Expertise in Guidewire testing (ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter).
• Proven experience with test automation using Selenium, Playwright, or TestNG.
• Solid understanding of insurance domain workflows.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git for version control.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and team leadership.
