You will manage the full lifecycle of customer-focused IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, roadmaps, and timelines by collaborating with federal managers and customers.
• Develop and adjust project roadmaps based on evolving priorities and stakeholder input.
• Own contractual deliverables, acting as the single point of accountability for all project communications.
• Facilitate agile scrum ceremonies, including planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Manage scope creep by enforcing a change control process and maintaining the product backlog.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing customer-focused IT projects.
• 3+ years of experience developing and implementing Project Management Plans.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Project Manager methodologies and PSRs.
• Ability to create and manage risk registers and mitigation plans.
• Experience defining product roadmaps and translating them into user stories.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a federal work environment.
