Description

Manage complex, multi-year IT projects from initiation through closeout within public sector or government environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead interdependent IT projects involving application development, vendor software implementations, or technology infrastructure.
• Direct cross-functional teams through all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project artifacts including scope, charter, budget, schedule, resource, and communication plans.
• Manage project lifecycles using Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Communicate project status and requirements to all stakeholders.

Required Skills

• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 48+ months of experience managing multiple interdependent IT projects for government or public sector clients.
• 84+ months of experience as a project team lead for federal or state customer-facing application implementations.
• 84+ months of experience managing complex, multi-year, cross-functional IT projects.
• 84+ months of experience developing project artifacts using standard PM methodologies and tools.
• 84+ months of experience implementing projects via Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid SDLC methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in application development, vendor software implementation, or technology infrastructure projects.
