Description

Lead end-to-end IT projects to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage development efforts using Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party vendors.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, risk/issue logs, and executive updates.
• Monitor project dependencies, risks, and changes while ensuring alignment with compliance and security standards.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of IT project management experience, ideally in banking, finance, payroll, or fintech.
• PMP Certification.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies and Jira.
• Experience managing complex projects in enterprise environments with cross-functional distributed teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project lifecycles.

Preferred Skills

• Agile certifications such as CSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe.
• Familiarity with payroll systems, tax compliance platforms, or HRIS tools.
• Experience using Confluence, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
