Exp. 12 to 16 years of Experience

Experience in healthcare preferred. Should have worked on delivery of large application and technology projects.

•  Edu. Bachelor or Master’s degree in one of the following disciplines (Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Business Administration)
•  Certification in Project Management(PMI) Mandatory. Foundation understanding of ITIL
• Project planning & scheduling (using tools like MS Project, JIRA)
• Strong understanding of IT processes, software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps, and cloud platforms.

Main Tasks  

• Lead and coordinate assigned technical projects across the organisation.

• Responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within deadlines and budget, while aligning with business and IT goals and strategies. 

• Manage cross-functional teams, track project milestones, and ensure successful delivery of IT services and solutions. 

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. 

• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. 

• Manage project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. 

• Coordinate with internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution. 

• Monitor and report on project progress using defined and approved tools. 

• Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes through appropriate mitigation strategies. 

• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements. 

• Foster strong communication among stakeholders, team members, and leadership. 

• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful elements and areas for improvement. 

• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with IT governance
