You will manage complex, cross-functional IT infrastructure projects and programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define program charters, roles, milestones, budgets, and success measures for each initiative.
• Develop estimates and detailed plans to manage end-to-end program execution aligned with production schedules.
• Facilitate cross-functional sessions for planning and alignment across disparate teams.
• Develop program risk management plans to ensure timely delivery and testing without impacting business continuity.
• Partner with General Contractors and Facilities during construction implementations for manufacturing buildings or data center expansions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional IT infrastructure projects, specifically in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of structured cabling, Division 27 standards, AV standards, and telecom/construction drawings.
• Experience leading enterprise server, data, and backup solution refreshes (e.g., Data Centers, NAS, DR, Active Directory).
• Deep understanding and deployment experience with cloud computing principles in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience leading implementation of enterprise network solutions (e.g., Factory LAN/WLAN, DHCP, DNS).
• Experience integrating plant floor systems (OT) with enterprise IT.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira or Smartsheet.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Data Center expansions and industrial facility construction.
