Description

Manage technical project teams and resources to deliver within scope, budget, and agency expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams by breaking down scope into RACI charts, work breakdown structures, and task dependencies.
• Manage project schedules, resource expenditures, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mitigate risks and obstacles, performing proactive issue management and escalating as necessary.
• Oversee system integration, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality deliverables.
• Track project status, costs, and invoice payments while ensuring vendor conformance to contract terms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Proficiency with MS Project for scheduling and tracking.
• Experience working within Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Strong expertise in project documentation and maintaining project management plans.
• Knowledge of PMBOK principles.
• Ability to manage configuration management and contract tracking within ServiceNow.
• Experience overseeing system security plans and data replication/archiving activities.
• Ability to manage user onboarding, training, and rollout plans.
