Description

You will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent IT programs in the Mortgage, Insurance, and Financial Services sectors. You own the end-to-end project lifecycle, from resource allocation and budgeting to risk mitigation and final delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for multiple concurrent IT programs.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives while managing JIRA boards and dashboards.
• Partner with Product Owners to refine backlogs, ensuring user stories have clear definitions and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define scope, track key performance metrics, and escalate risks with mitigation strategies.
• Create executive-ready presentations and detailed Excel reports for status updates, forecasting, and steering committee meetings.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years leading multiple IT programs.
• Deep domain expertise in Mortgage, Insurance, and Financial Services technology ecosystems.
• Expert-level proficiency with JIRA, including Scrum/Kanban boards, dashboards, and reporting.
• Strong command of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and PowerPoint for executive presentations.
• Proven experience in risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification.
• Experience in enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives and regulatory compliance within Financial Services.
