Description

You will lead the coordination and completion of IT projects, managing all phases of the lifecycle to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Identify, track, and communicate project issues, scope changes, and contingencies to stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project scope while preparing status reports for upper management.
• Organize project meetings to define objectives and address potential obstacles with team members.
• Collaborate across the agency to align project goals with business owner and customer expectations.
• Monitor impacts of external changes on timelines, resources, and budgets to mitigate risk.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience managing medium to large-scale IT projects.
• Current PMP Certification.
• At least 3 years of IT consulting experience.
• Proficiency in System Development LifeCycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology.
• Experience as a Scrum Master and/or Product Owner.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project, Visio, SharePoint, Outlook, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of operating systems, network administration, and service desk administration.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university.
