Description

You will manage a team of 8-10 software engineers, overseeing the development of new applications and modifications to existing systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT consultants by providing guidance, support, and training.
• Monitor team performance and coding practices to ensure products meet standards.
• Develop best practices to ensure enterprise applications are supportable and maintainable.
• Collaborate with architects on software design implementation.
• Manage the entire development life cycle, including task prioritization and schedule adherence.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in IT management, technical lead, or Project Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proficiency with C#.net, Web API, and REST API.
• Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, and XML.
• Knowledge of JSON, HTML5, and Angular JS.
• Experience working within Agile (SCRUM) frameworks.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with customization in Commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) products.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and MS Visual Studio Team (TFS) server.
