Description

You will manage medium to large enterprise IT projects involving software development and infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate project activities including planning, schedule maintenance, and resource tracking.
• Manage project risks, communications, reporting, and quality standards.
• Oversee vendor management and collaborate with partners to deliver solutions.
• Execute all project phases following PMI best practices and the Georgia Department of Labor Project Management Methodology.
• Own end-to-end accountability for full lifecycle software development projects from initiation through deployment and warranty.

Required Skills

• Active PMP certification.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex enterprise IT projects.
• Proven experience managing at least two full lifecycle Agile software development projects with teams exceeding 10 members.
• Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience in business requirements gathering and business process documentation.
• Deep understanding of the full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Expert-level use of MS Project Professional, SharePoint, Visio, and MS Office Suite.
• Demonstrated experience in software application development and implementation.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing IT projects with enterprise-wide impact.
