Description

You will manage medium to large enterprise IT projects involving software development and infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all project activities, including planning, scheduling, and resource tracking.
• Manage project risks, communications, reporting, and quality standards.
• Oversee vendor management and collaborate with partners to deliver project solutions.
• Execute all project phases following PMI best practices and established methodologies.
• Maintain accountability for end-to-end delivery from initiation through deployment and warranty.

Required Skills

• Active PMP certification is required.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex IT projects with end-to-end accountability.
• Proven experience managing at least two full lifecycle Agile software development projects with teams of 10+ members.
• Proficiency in multiple delivery methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Experience with the full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Demonstrated success in business requirements gathering and business process documentation.
• Expert-level knowledge of MS Project Professional, SharePoint, Visio, and MS Office Suite.
• Experience managing IT projects that impact across the enterprise, specifically software application development and implementation.
