Description

You will manage end-to-end technical projects, documentation, and processes to reinforce infrastructure and software best practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and engineering teams to facilitate project tracking and presentations.
• Create project charters, kickoff presentations, and communication plans defining scope, business drivers, and project phases.
• Maintain project roadmaps, status updates, and documentation using an integrated tool stack.
• Identify project constraints, risks, and inefficiencies to drive process improvements.
• Facilitate routine meetings and ceremonies, maintaining project boards and dashboards.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of project management experience in technology.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
• Experience using SharePoint Project Template and Project Online.
• Practical understanding of Agile, Kanban, and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to perform data visualization and analysis to track project velocity.
• Strong technical writing and editing skills for drafting process and how-to documentation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, including scheduling and alert management.
• Capability to manage project documentation lifecycles, including archiving and updates.

Preferred Skills

• College degree or applicable professional certifications.
