Description

You will lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of medium to large scale IT projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Track and communicate project scope changes, variances, contingencies, and potential risks to stakeholders.
• Facilitate solutions for project issues and coordinate with business owners to align on priorities.
• Organize project meetings to define objectives, manage task scheduling, and resolve obstacles.
• Maintain detailed documentation regarding timelines, resource allocation, and budget impacts.
• Manage project teams by setting standards, enforcing timelines, and communicating technical issues to non-technical personnel.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience overseeing medium to large scale IT projects.
• Current PMP Certification.
• At least 3 years of IT consulting experience.
• Advanced proficiency in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience acting as a Scrum Master and/or Product Owner.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Visio, SharePoint, Outlook, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for interacting with management and technical teams.

• Bachelor's Degree.
