Description

You will lead software development projects from discovery through execution and closure.

Responsibilities

• Lead software development projects through discovery, execution, and closure phases.
• Facilitate workshops for project planning and conduct Agile Scrum meetings.
• Track project risks, issues, and action items while maintaining RACI matrices.
• Manage Project Change Requests and distribute weekly status reports to stakeholders.
• Participate in resource forecasting, allocation, and project close-out activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, specifically in software development environments.
• Experience managing Agile teams and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
• Familiarity with .NET or C# development technologies.
• Proficiency in Project Management methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience working in organizations of similar scale.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, or MS Project.
• Prior development experience or technical fluency in modern programming languages.
• Background in MES or manufacturing-related software projects.
