Description

Lead large-scale enterprise initiatives within the Project Management Office, focusing on Teamcenter implementation and Agile delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the implementation of Teamcenter PLM for hard goods product teams.
• Conduct and facilitate workshops covering project discovery, planning, and execution.
• Communicate project status and alignment to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Identify, record, and manage project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.
• Lead Agile Scrum meetings to support iterative development and team collaboration.

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 years managing large-scale enterprise initiatives within a PMO.
• Proven experience managing projects utilizing Teamcenter.
• Foundation understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools.
• Proven track record managing projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
