Description

Lead analytical and coordination work within an agile environment to implement enterprise solutions, including contact centers and digital transformation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management, planning, and scheduling activities involving client and vendor staff.
• Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder status meetings.
• Collaborate with product owners and internal customers to maintain requirements backlogs and conduct elaborations.
• Partner with scrum masters, developers, and architects to translate functional requirements into technical requirements.
• Manage multiple medium to large-scale projects through all sprints and project phases.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in project chartering, planning, scheduling, and roadmapping.
• 7+ years of experience in project management using Agile and other SDLC methodologies.
• 5+ years of extensive experience applying Agile practices, specifically Scrum and/or Kanban.
• 5+ years of experience developing functional specifications and documenting designs for large-scale projects.
• 5+ years of experience working with Scrum teams, including performing ceremonies and backlog refinement.
• 5+ years of experience managing highly complex application security requirements.
• 3+ years of proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, MS Project, Visio, Excel).
• 2+ years of proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Certification as an Agile Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or PMP.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Texas procurement and contract guidelines (Texas Project Delivery Framework).
• Experience with Texas CPA Systems.
