Description

You will manage end-to-end IT projects focused on legacy analytics modernization and data integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, schedules, work plans, and resource allocations.
• Lead daily project operations, including scrum facilitation and status tracking.
• Identify and drive resolution for project risks, issues, and dependencies with leadership.
• Develop and maintain project deliverables compliant with DIR Project Delivery Framework standards.
• Support procurement activities, including drafting RFPs for vendor solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience as an IT Project Manager on complex, enterprise-level initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and SDLC best practices.
• Experience managing data, analytics, or modernization projects.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional IT and business stakeholders.
• Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience working within state government or public sector environments.
• Proficiency in IT Project Management concepts.
• Familiarity with Data Analytics principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DIR Project Delivery Framework standards.
