Description

Lead procurement, design, development, and implementation for a large Medicaid Enterprise System.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities, draft RFPs, and manage vendor contracts.
• Develop project management artifacts in a waterfall-agile hybrid environment.
• Partner with Product Managers, PMO, and external vendors to guide the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project schedules and assess quality and system testing outcomes.
• Support federal certification exercises and associated planning processes.

Required Skills

• 15 years of PMBOK subject matter expertise and experience.
• 15 years of ITIL/ITSM knowledge.
• 10 years of Agile expertise, specifically SAFe and Scrum.
• 7 years of experience with Medicaid IT systems, HIT, or CMS Seven Standards and Conditions.
• 7 years of experience in test management principles and best practices.
• 7 years of experience managing multiple priorities in deadline-driven environments.
• 5 years of proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint and Teams.
• Expert-level use of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Adobe software.
• 2 years of experience on MMIS, HIT, HIE, or Eligibility implementation projects requiring federal oversight.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Organizational Change Management (OCM).
• Experience in multi-vendor matrix resource environments.
