Description

You will lead the successful delivery of IT project initiatives from initiation to completion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects involving software applications, system integrations, mobile/web technologies, RPA, and infrastructure hardware.
• Manage three or more simultaneous projects, ensuring proper resource allocation and schedule adherence for 6-8 month cycles.
• Direct matrixed project teams and resolve resource or schedule availability challenges.
• Maintain detailed project schedules, financial forecasts, and cost reconciliations.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions, escalating as necessary.

Required Skills

• 5-7+ years of current project management experience delivering IT projects.
• Proven track record of managing software upgrades, system integrations, and infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency with MS Project and effort-driven project planning techniques.
• Experience managing project financials, including budget forecasting, timekeeping, and invoice reconciliation.
• Ability to plan, execute, monitor, and control complex IT projects.
• Strong consultative skills to work collaboratively with stakeholders and customers.
• Experience following project management governance standards and change management processes.

Preferred Skills

• PMI PMP Certification.
• Experience in financial services or commercial property and casualty insurance.
• Vendor management experience, including creating and executing Statements of Work (SOWs).
