Description

You will manage technical projects and coordination activities within the Identity Access Management (IAM) department, split equally between technical tasks and cross-team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overhaul of the Active Directory delegation model by reconfiguring permissions and securing directory objects.
• Coordinate the design, build, and deployment of IAM services across the Americas zone.
• Drive project deadlines and manage activities through to completion.
• Facilitate meetings and produce synthetic minutes for diverse IT stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global teams in France to align regional IAM activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure project management within large, international, distributed organizations.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, including permissions, objects, and GPOs.
• Ability to run PowerShell commands and scripts for data exports and reporting.
• Working knowledge of Azure Entra ID, including conditional access policies, SSO setup, and MFA.
• Understanding of Access Management and Privileged Access Management (PAM) principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint for documentation and presentations.
• Experience using ServiceNow for ticketing and workflow management.
• Professional fluency in English.
