Description

Manage project lifecycles, scope, and stakeholder alignment for complex systems and major enhancements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Plan and document project schedules, mitigating risks and barriers to ensure delivery.
• Lead reviews with stakeholders on plans, milestones, and scope definitions.
• Develop business requirements, design proposals, and system specifications for new or modified systems.
• Create and maintain project artifacts including charters, backlogs, stories, and status reports.
• Manage vendor selection, coordination, and ongoing support, ensuring LOEs reflect actual effort.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience creating and implementing project plans and schedules.
• Practical experience conducting requirements gathering with business teams.
• Working knowledge of PMI project management concepts.
• Understanding of Agile methodology and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Strong written and oral communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience using MS Office tools.
• Ability to manage escalated issues and dispute resolution within a matrixed environment.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience assisting in business process redesign efforts.
