You will manage the full software development lifecycle and lead IT initiatives to support business objectives and operational efficiency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the software development lifecycle from planning through deployment while adhering to quality assurance standards.
• Lead incident and problem management efforts to minimize business disruptions.
• Track project timelines, budgets, milestones, and resource utilization.
• Assess and mitigate risks across all IT functions and implement contingency plans.
• Establish and track KPIs to evaluate the performance of IT projects and resources.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of management experience supporting a small to mid-size corporate IT environment.
• 5+ years of management experience supporting C#, C++, Java, or X++.
• Hands-on experience writing code.
• Proficiency in Microsoft .NET and mobile computing applications, specifically Java and Android.
• Strong SQL database skills.
• Experience identifying hardware and software inefficiencies within a Microsoft Azure Cloud environment.
• Current certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, Google, or CompTIA.
• BA/BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• Experience administering Microsoft Dynamics.
• Automotive or lean manufacturing industry experience.
