Lead complex, data-oriented IT projects using Agile delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Devise delivery solutions to address specific customer challenges and technical requirements.
• Manage project lifecycles using formal project management methods, techniques, and tools.
• Apply Agile and Scrum techniques to drive project delivery in rapidly changing environments.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders and client teams.
• Support pre-sales activities for clients across telecom, healthcare, insurance, and technology sectors.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of Information Technology Project Management or Project Delivery Management experience.
• Deep expertise in Agile delivery methods and Scrum frameworks.
• Proven experience managing complex, data-oriented projects.
• Direct experience acting as a Scrum Master or supporting a Team Leader in a Scrum Master capacity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrable experience working within formal Solutions Delivery frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting pre-sales activities in telecom, healthcare, or insurance sectors.
