Description

You will manage the end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects, from initiation through closure.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of project plans using Smartsheet, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders and C-level executives using MicroStrategy, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers and analysts, to meet project milestones and drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives while overseeing requirements gathering, risk management, and change control.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience delivering IT projects on time and within scope.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Microsoft Visio.
• Experience documenting project requirements, specifications, and workflows.
• Proven ability to serve as the primary liaison between business and technical teams.
• Proficiency with O365 and Power BI for reporting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for stakeholder presentations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing projects within utilities or technology solutions.
