Description

You lead end-to-end Agile software development projects, managing cross-functional delivery teams and ensuring alignment between scope, timeline, and business goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional teams across product, engineering, QA, and UX.
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Own and optimize Jira dashboards and workflows to track sprint progress and backlog health.
• Build and present executive-level reports using BI tools to showcase project status and KPIs.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and multiple remote Agile teams in a SaaS environment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT Project Management experience focused on Agile software delivery.
• Expert-level knowledge of Jira, including custom workflows, dashboards, and reporting plugins.
• Proven experience building reporting frameworks using BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong understanding of Agile metrics: velocity, sprint burndown, lead/cycle time, and story point trends.
• Experience managing multiple remote Agile teams in SaaS environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
