Description

You will manage technical change processes and vulnerability remediation projects. You will serve as the operational backbone for the product change review board and enterprise stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage change record reviews on behalf of the product change review board.
• Facilitate product change review board meetings and represent the team at enterprise-level meetings.
• Document, guide, and mentor product teams on the change management process.
• Gather requirements and manage data for patching and vulnerability remediation initiatives.
• Track and report on product change metrics and follow up on related issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience with a focus on Technical Project Management.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow and Excel for reporting and data management.
• Knowledge of Change Management and Patch Management frameworks.
• Query and automation skills including SQL, JQL, Ansible, or Puppet.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and requirement gathering skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Agile framework experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
• Database query creation and optimization in Postgres, Snowflake, MS SQL, or Oracle.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and infrastructure project support.
