Description

Lead enterprise-scale technology projects from initiation through final delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Structure project tasks, dependencies, and accountability to maintain clear status visibility.
• Manage risks, issues, and change controls including tollgates and impact assessments.
• Negotiate compromises between multiple stakeholders in time-constrained environments.
• Drive project execution through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Challenge existing conclusions and propose technical or process alternatives for optimal outcomes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Technology Project Management experience.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proven experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Expertise in change management, including risk, issue, and change controls.
• Experience delivering significant enterprise-scale technology projects.
• Strong executive communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage complex project structures and dependencies.
• Analytical thinking and high level of initiative.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of regulatory reporting projects.
• Experience with data technology projects.
