Description

You manage multiple concurrent IT and software development projects, ensuring deliverables meet timelines and budget constraints.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple workstreams and large-scale implementation projects simultaneously.
• Develop project plans, schedules, financial tracking, and risk management plans.
• Oversee vendor alignment and deliverables in collaboration with Vendor Management offices.
• Monitor and resolve project issues using RAID logs, Risk Registers, or Planview.
• Facilitate retrospective meetings and lessons learned discussions to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of project management experience focused on IT and software development.
• Active PMP certification from PMI is required.
• Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple projects and resource teams at the same time.
• Strong knowledge of Project Management, Agile, Waterfall, ERP, and Jira.
• Technical domain experience in SAP ECC, SFDC, Supply Chain, Cyber Security, or Data Integration.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum or Agile certification.
• Master's degree.
