Description

You will oversee the delivery of Risk and Regulatory initiatives within a banking or financial institution context.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, timelines, and stakeholder engagement for regulatory initiatives.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, user acceptance testing, and post-production support.
• Perform root cause analysis, gap analysis, and current-state versus future-state assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, SMEs, and senior management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in large financial institutions.
• Hands-on experience with Risk and Regulatory implementations (CCAR, FRTB, etc).
• Strong understanding of Credit Risk, financial instruments, market data sources, and trading systems.
• Proficiency in project management frameworks (Waterfall, Agile).
• Experience with Jira, MS Project, Confluence, ServiceNow, Visio, and Excel.
• Ability to synthesize complex technical and financial concepts for diverse stakeholders.
