Description

Lead cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for functional or business-side initiatives.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into actionable plans and coordinate with IT, operations, and other departments.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and executives.
• Ensure functional requirements are met through collaboration with subject matter experts and business analysts.
• Oversee testing, training, and change management activities related to project rollout.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience managing functional or business-side projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Service Now (SPM), Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Jira.
• Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and functional system requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or similar project management certification.
