Description

You will manage end-to-end IT project execution from business case review through to go-live, owning scope, budget, and risk for multi-million USD initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute full project lifecycles including scope control, change management, and dependency mapping.
• Manage budget forecasting and tracking for projects with 1-2 MUSD scale.
• Coordinate release planning by aligning multiple teams and managing cross-functional dependencies.
• Collaborate with Business, Product, Dev, Test, Procurement, Legal, and Vendor teams to mitigate risks.
• Review vendor Statements of Work (SoW) and manage invoice processing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects following the SDLC.
• Proven experience managing multi-million USD (MUSD) project budgets.
• Expertise in budget forecasting and actuals tracking.
• PMP certification.
• Agile certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project (MPP).
• Hands-on experience with Jira.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to manage complex dependencies and risk mitigation independently.
