Description

You will own the end-to-end execution of a single, significant project by bridging the gap between business requirements and application development teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from planning through completion to ensure all milestones and deliverables are met within set timelines.
• Translate complex business needs into technical requirements for application development teams.
• Develop comprehensive project plans covering resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to align project outcomes with business objectives.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks or setbacks through timely solution implementation.
• Provide detailed scheduled reports on project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager and Business Analyst.
• Strong proficiency in Agile project management methodologies.
• Technical understanding of application development concepts.
• Expertise in business analysis, including defining project scope and objectives.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills for liaising between stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ability to work with global teams, including participating in early morning or evening meetings.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the airline industry.
• Knowledge of IATA or Star Alliance standards.
