Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple enterprise IT projects and product program initiatives.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners.
Drive project governance activities including status reporting, risk management, issue resolution, and change control.
Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, project management standards, and implementation readiness requirements.
Manage project financials, including forecasting, budget tracking, and variance analysis.
Facilitate executive-level presentations, stakeholder communication, and decision-making discussions.
Identify project risks and dependencies while developing mitigation strategies.
Support organizational transformation and modernization initiatives across business and technology functions.
Provide leadership within matrixed environments and influence teams without direct authority.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience OR Master’s degree with 6+ years of Project/Program Management experience OR 10+ years of relevant Project/Program Management experience.
Minimum 2+ years of leadership or management experience.
Proven experience leading large-scale and complex enterprise IT implementations.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, SDLC processes, and Agile delivery practices.
Experience managing detailed project schedules, budgets, and financial reporting.
Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, PgMP, Agile, SAFe, or Scrum certifications preferred.
Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Agile project delivery frameworks.
