Description

You will own the end-to-end execution of a significant project by bridging business requirements and application development teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from planning through completion to meet milestones and deliverables within set timelines.
• Translate complex business needs into technical requirements for application development teams.
• Develop comprehensive project plans covering resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align project outcomes with business objectives.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks through timely solution implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager and Business Analyst.
• Strong proficiency in Agile project management methodologies.
• Technical understanding of application development concepts.
• Expertise in business analysis, including defining project scope and objectives.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills for liaising between stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ability to work with global teams, including participating in early morning or evening meetings.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the airline industry.
• Knowledge of IATA or Star Alliance standards.
