Description

Lead planning and execution of enterprise IT projects, focusing on MDM implementation across customer, product, and vendor data domains.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage project activities across multiple systems, including integration with six ERP platforms.
• Partner with business units to align solutions with end-to-end business processes and governance needs.
• Coordinate technical teams on application integrations and data flow between systems.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and apply Agile delivery practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing IT application-based projects in complex enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to work across multiple functional teams.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Project Management methodologies.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools, systems, and business domains.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting data-related initiatives such as MDM or system integrations.
• Familiarity with Informatica or similar integration platforms.
• PMP or other project management certification.
