Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT projects and product programs.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners.
• Drive governance activities including status reporting, risk management, and change control.
• Manage project financials, including forecasting, budget tracking, and variance analysis.
• Facilitate executive presentations and decision-making discussions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience (or 6+ with Master’s, 10+ with relevant experience).
• Minimum 2+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise IT implementations.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC processes, project management standards, and Agile delivery practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience managing detailed schedules, budgets, and financial reporting.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, PgMP, Agile, SAFe, or Scrum certifications.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Lean Six Sigma certification.
